Shipping and Returns


  • All orders generally ship within 24-48 hours from the time of order.
  • You will receive a tracking email once your order ships so you can follow your fashion.
  • We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • Orders under 20$ will not qualify for free shipping.

  • Shipping is always FREE both ways (from us to you, and back - there is a $15 minimum to qualify for a return label).
  • Items are eligible for refund if returned within 5 calendar days from the day you received your order and 9 calendar days for a store credit.
  • Any orders returned after 9 days that is not paid to be shipped back or picked up from our warehouse will be donated at our discretion.
  • Store credits expire one year from the date of issuance.
  • Your package must be scanned or have proof of receipt on the day returned to ensure a refund or store credit.
  • There is a $1.50 restocking fee for each returned item as well as each item per order cancelled. Fee will be deducted upon return/cancellation.
  • Merchandise must be unworn in resalable condition with original packaging to be eligible for refund or credit.
  • We don't offer exchanges on orders, if you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
  • Items purchased at 20% off or more are considered final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Any sizing or descriptions given are approximate and based off industry standards and tolerances, returns won't be valid if the information given falls within accepted criteria.
  • We will now be accepting drop-off returns at our Lakewood location, 1920 Swarthmore Ave, Unit 5, (a bit past the USPS office) Monday - Thursday Hours 10am-4pm
