Refund policy

Returns

• To start a return, go to luibelle.com/returns.
• Return shipping is free on returns of $15 or more.
• Items are eligible for a refund if returned within 5 calendar days from the day you received your order, and for store credit within 9 calendar days.
• Orders returned after 9 days that are not paid to be shipped back or picked up from our warehouse will be donated at our discretion.
• Store credits expire one year from the date of issue.
• Your package must be scanned or have proof of receipt on the day it is returned to ensure a refund or store credit.
• There is a $1.50 restocking fee for each returned item and for each cancelled item or order, deducted at return or cancellation.
• Merchandise must be unworn, in resalable condition and in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund or credit.
• We don't offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the unwanted item and place a new order.
• Items purchased at 20% off or more are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
• Sizing and descriptions are approximate and based on industry standards and tolerances; returns are not valid if the item falls within accepted criteria.
• Drop-off returns are accepted at our Lakewood location, 1920 Swarthmore Ave, Unit 5, Lakewood, NJ 08701 (a bit past the post office), Monday–Thursday, 10am–4pm.
