Shipping is always FREE both ways (from us to you, and back - there is a $15 minimum to qualify for a return label).
Items are eligible for refund if returned within 5 calendar days from the day you received your order and 9 calendar days for a store credit.
Any orders returned after 9 days that is not paid to be shipped back or picked up from our warehouse will be donated at our discretion.
Store credits expire one year from the date of issuance.
Your package must be scanned or have proof of receipt on the day returned to ensure a refund or store credit.
There is a $1.50 restocking fee for each returned item as well as each item per order cancelled. Fee will be deducted upon return/cancellation.
Merchandise must be unworn in resalable condition with original packaging to be eligible for refund or credit.
We don't offer exchanges on orders, if you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
Items purchased at 20% off or more are considered final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
