At Luibelle, making you happy is always in fashion. So while we strive to ensure you are completely thrilled with your new purchase, we understand that sometimes the pieces don’t come together exactly the way you planned. No worries—we’re here to help!

First of all, shipping is FREE

•  All orders generally ship within 24 hours from the time of order
• Our primary shipping carrier is UPS, while we may on occasion use USPS
• You will receive a tracking email once your order ships so you can follow your fashion
• We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages

International Orders

• All international orders that are $150 or more, ship for free
• All orders under $150 there is a $25 shipping charge
• International return policy, is same as our domestic policy but return postage would be at your expense and we will not include a return label

• Each order comes with a return shipping label in the package
• Shipping is always FREE both ways (from us to you, and back)
• Items are eligible for full refund if returned within 7 days from the day you received your order
• Items are eligible for full store credit if returned within 14 days from the day you received your order
• Merchandise must be in resalable condition to be eligible for credit or refund

Returns on sale items

• Our return policy is the same as always until 50% off
• Once an item is 50% off or more it is final sale
